Why is this place called “The Coffee Club”?

I am currently sitting in A Coffee Club establishment thinking, why do they even call these places “The Coffee Club”? They do not know about coffee, nor customer service …

The coffee and food is over priced …

The staff are asleep …

And this table behind me … see the one with all the plates … that the customers kept putting the dirty plates on, just so, they could sit down on another table? … it took about half an hour to be cleaned … and as you can see, they still have not finished.

Honestly, I whinge ever time I came here …

For a place that serves coffee day in and day out – they take too long, to make the actual coffee too. I cannot figure out why they have not worked out how to make coffees faster than in dribs and drabs.

Surely there are better coffee machines, bigger milk frothy jugs, faster staff – a 2 person configuration perhaps … hhmmm.

I just think, has the owner ever sat in here long enough to see how it works… or doesn’t …

Lastly, i thought a double was supposed to look ,,,
