Marinated Lamb Steaks

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons red-wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 500g Lamb Rump Steaks

Cook It!

  1. Mix honey, vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper in a measuring jug until well combined.
  2. Place lamb steaks into a plastic sealable bag.
  3. Pour in the marinade.
  4. Refrigerate for 1hr, turning the bag over at 30 mins.
  5. Bring lamb back to room temperature before cooking.
  6. Grill, fry, bbq the Steaks to your liking.
  7. Enjoy!
